This role is a contract Machine Learning Engineer position based in London, UK, requiring expertise in Redis, Kafka, S3 data pipelines, SageMaker, and PyTorch. Key tasks include real-time micro-batches and MLOps implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Redis cluster setup
  • Kafka/Flink streaming pipelines
  • S3 data pipeline development
  • Real-time micro-batch implementation (5 minutes, hourly, daily)
  • Evaluate Mongo/Atlas as an alternative to S3 where applicable
  • SageMaker MLOps / SageMaker Training / SageMaker Model Deployment
  • PyTorch development and integration
  • AWS-related tasks and cloud infrastructure involvement
