Job Description
Role: ML & Generative AI Developer
Experience: 4–8 years
Locations - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Indore / Noida / Pune
The ML & Generative AI Developer will design, build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on development with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent-based AI systems, focusing on practical, production-ready implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy ML and Gen AI solutions for real-world use cases.
Build LLM-driven applications, including prompt engineering and RAG-based architectures.
Implement agentic AI workflows under the guidance of the Lead or Architect.
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
Integrate ML and Gen AI components with backend systems and APIs.
Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance.
Adhere to best practices in coding standards, version control, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Practical experience with LLMs and Gen AI frameworks such as Lang Chain and Llama Index.
Solid understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
Experience with ML frameworks including Py Torch, Tensor Flow, or Scikit-learn.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.
