Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Work closely with stakeholders on building Data Science solutions to address the business problems and use cases of the different functions of Global Services. In this role, the ML engineer will work based on the best practices of doing Data Science, from feasibility study of the business problem by spending time stakeholders to capture the pain points; data extraction/collection from databases and other sources by closely working with the Data Engineers and IT; data cleaning/processing to remove noise and do other necessary standardization; research on the appropriate solution by checking on the literatures on statistical and machine learning methodology, available Python libraries, and available models (such as LLMs); feature engineering to design the needed predictors/variables for the model or algorithm; coding the solution using Python in analytics platform like Databricks; presenting the solutions and findings to stakeholders and working closely with them ...
