Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of predictive models to support digital lending, customer segmentation, project management and detection of potential fraud

• Oversee the cleaning and processing of financial data to ensure quality inputs for machine learning algorithms

• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of deployed models

• Establish machine-learning solutions in existing business systems and workflows

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, statistics or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in a financial institution will be an advantage

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI)
