Machine Learning Specialist

Role: Machine Learning Developer

Required Technical Skill Set: Machine Learning, Python

Desired Experience: 8+ Years

Location: PAN India

Note: We are seeking immediate joiners who can commence within one month. Additionally, we welcome candidates currently serving their notice period, provided the remaining days do not exceed one to one-and-a-half months.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Must have 5+ years of IT experience

2. Strong Requirement Elicitation & Analysis skills

3. Should have the capability to understand requirements & convert to design

4. Extensive knowledge on statistical and analytical analysis

5. Used Machine Learning framework in various environments

6. Good hands on experience on Time Series Forecasting and Regression Techniques

7. Extensive experience on implementing Time series based solutions

8. Create Machine Learning algorithm and deliver results by reducing computaitional complexity

9. Strong coding experience using Python

10. Good experience on Libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit, Matplotlib etc.

11. Experience on running ML tests and improving models on those tests

Good-to-Have

1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills

2. Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix shell scripting

4. Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status
