Machine Operator 3rd shift

A well-established cable and wire manufacturing company in Santa Teresa is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join its production team on the 3rd shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Set up and operate extrusion and drawing machinery following established guidelines and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance activities.
