Barberton Mancan is assisting an Akron manufacturing company seeking an experienced CMM programmer.

7a-3:30p Monday-Friday
Pay is BOE- starting at 45k/yr
This is a temp to hire opportunity

JOB SUMMARY:
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), in addition to providing support to the Quality Department through tasks related to the manufacturing process, inspection, documentation, and calibration.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
•Program and operate CMM using Open-DMIS software
• Analyze and interpret part prints and tolerances
• Collection of SPC data
• Capability studies and Gage R&R
• Assist with PPAP submissions
• Assist with APQP documentation
• Perform calibration of gages and inspection tools
• Provide a cooperative environment for feedback and communication among all associated departments
