Job Description
Smurfit WestRock in Springfield, MO is seeking a skilled Machine Operator Assistant to join its dynamic team and support the manufacturing of corrugated boxes. Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting Wage: $21.04/hr with increase to job-specific rate upon qualification (average $22.93 - $24.00)
* Shift Details: Must be able to work any shift in a three-shift operation, as well as daily or weekend overtime as required.
1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM
After initial training on 1st shift, new employees are transferred to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on what positions are available.
