**Hiring Prep/Machine Operators – Aurora, CO**
This role supports the fabrication and assembly of large‑scale conveyor systems used in warehouse and airport environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a heavy‑industrial shop, can read basic blueprints, and is confident using a forklift and tape measure. Machine operation can be fully trained for the right person.
**Pay:** $20–$22/hr
**Shift:** 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM
**Required Skills/Qualifications:**
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Forklift operation experience.
+ Strong tape‑measure proficiency and ability to take accurate measurements.
+ Basic material handling and general production experience.
**Preferred Skills/Qualifications:**
+ Previous machine operation experience (not required — training provided).
+ Experience in fabrication, warehouse, or industrial environments.
