Educational Qualification:
Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate Experience: Experience operating packaging machines is a strong advantage Prior experience with factory or industrial equipment is an added benefit Technical & Work Skills: Ability to operate and monitor production machinery Attention to detail to ensure product quality and process accuracy Awareness of and adherence to safety protocols and procedures Basic mechanical aptitude to perform minor maintenance and report issues Work Environment & Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Personal Attributes: Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment Physically fit to handle tasks related to machine operation and production floor duties

Job Vacancy: Machine Operator

Location: Spintex, Accra

A reputable manufacturing company in Spintex is seeking Machine Operators to join its production team. This role is ideal for individuals with technical aptitude and a strong interest in factory or industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Identify and report any mechanical issues or irregularities to supervisors.

Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Maintain accurate production records and logs.

Assist with general production duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate.

Experience operating packaging machines will be a strong advantage.
