Job Summary
This positionis responsible forall aspects of setting up and running the packaging andbatchingequipment. TheMachineOperatorIunderstandsthe product flow process and procedures, and ensures consistent, efficient, and effective workflow through the department.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Setup and operate packaging and production equipment by following and documenting procedures. Understand, demonstrate and enforce safe work practices at all times; must stay focused on maintaining a safe work environment at all times Follow all food safety required procedures. Check quality characteristics while operating equipment. Operate packaging lines, including troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, basic quality control, and waste control.Follow all necessary GMPs and ensure workers on that line are following GMPs.
