Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery including extrusion machines, blenders, and mixers as per assigned parameters.
• Record operational data on computer-controlled machinery and specified forms.
• Clean and disassemble mixing and bonding equipment.
• Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers.
• Monitor production runs to detect defects or deviations and make minor adjustments.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in setting up machines and basic troubleshooting.
• 1+ years of experience in quality control.
