Job Description Job Description Responsible for loading raw casting parts on entrance conveyors on assigned production line Responsible to achieve production rate on quality Responsible to check all part measurements while appropriately using assigned measuring equipment on time and as required to the production parts indicated on the control plan and tooling charts. Responsible to make all the offset adjustments necessaries to control the process on the established dimensions Responsible to change inserts according to the Tooling Charts and/or CNC programmed tool life. Responsible for unloading finished good parts from end of the line, place those on the appropriate dunnage according to the specific packaging instruction for each part number and place the identification label. Responsible to start up the robot after every fault and insert change.
