Job Summary:


The Personalization Machine Operator IV sets up and operates Datacard, Zebra, and other personalization equipment to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures all identification cards meet quality standards, with any defective cards identified, documented, and remade. The position requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting mailing and fulfillment processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate personalization and fulfillment equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Select and prepare production data according to the daily schedule

  • Process production jobs with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company and customer standards.
