**Job Description**
This hands-on role in the production packaging area involves working in a food production environment. Candidates must adhere to strict hygiene standards, including wearing a full gown and hair net, and must not wear jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or fake eyelashes to prevent food contamination. The role involves making tortillas for various well-known companies in the United States in an environment that can reach temperatures up to 90 degrees.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work collaboratively with a team in the packaging area, including duties such as palletizing, packing/packaging, and machine changeovers.
+ Edit machine programs using a controller to ensure correct job settings, sizes, weights, bags, and speeds.
+ Perform documentation, both written and computerized, of job completions, waste, serial numbers, and quantities.
+ Act as a 'Mini Line Lead' to coordinate break times for team member...
