As an operator, you'll work in the hub of an innovative recycling company that transforms old foam materials into new end products such as carpet underlays and insulation panels. The products are dismantled at other locations, and the recycled material is returned to the Alphen aan den Rijn site as large foam blocks (up to 5,500 kilos each). That's where your work begins. You'll be responsible for operating various machines in the production line, including the flake mill, mixing chamber, pouring cylinder, and laminating machine.
