Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Operator, you?ll be the right hand of our production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from start to finish. Your role includes:
Supporting machine operators and technicians on production lines.
Handling, testing, packaging, and labeling finished products.
Performing roll changes, prepping materials, and monitoring resin levels.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Following safety and quality protocols (BRC, GMP, PPE).
Completing accurate shift paperwork and assisting with start-up/shutdown tasks.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
---Ability to read and interpret work orders, rulers, scales, and micrometers.
---Comfortable working on your feet for 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
---A team player with great communication skills.
---Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor's in a science-related field (preferred).
Prior manufacturing or quality assurance experience (a plus).
Full-time, night shift role with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off!)
