**Responsibilities**
+ Work from work orders and learn the processes of each customer to meet KPIs.
+ Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.
+ Perform minor preventive maintenance on machinery, including oiling.
+ Utilize a computer to track raw material usage.
+ Inspect pieces for defects and unusual conditions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in production, assembly, and general production techniques.
+ Experience using hand tools and reading blueprints.
+ Ability to pack materials efficiently.
