What you will do

• Within the Cold end/Packaging area, oversee and manage the production, quality and inspection/packaging processes.
• Operate and maintain automated machinery and systems to ensure glass products meet quality standards and production targets.
• Operate and maintain automated equipment (annealing lehrs, inspection machines, transport, and packing systems).
• Monitor and adjust cooling/annealing processes to meet production specifications.
• Conduct visual and automated inspections for defects.
