Minutemen Staffing is now hiring for a Manufacturing facility in Monroe, OH.

Shift - 6am to 2:30pm (weekends & overtime as required)

Pay - $18 an hr.

Temp to Hire position!

Job Duties:

  • Able to safely operate a pallet jack and transport materials between locations.
  • Zone and mark floor areas for specific materials.
  • Perform regular housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized plant.
  • Bale cardboard, plastic, and foam materials as required.
  • Assist with layout changes, equipment and material relocation, labeling, shadow boards, and long-term sustainability improvements.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Prior machine operating experience is required
  • Able to stand for your entire shift
  • Able to work weekends and overtime as required
