About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This role suits a reliable operator with strong residential experience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently on residential projects

  • Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

  • Trenching, footing preparation, backfilling, and final trim

  • Follow site plans, safety procedures, and instructions

  • Work closely with other crew members

  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Machine Operator

  • Residential experience essential

  • MR Truck Licence (required)
