Machine Operator – Permanent

We are recruiting for Factory Machine Operators for a global manufacturing company in Lymington, Hampshire.

Salary:From £12.38per hour with progression opportunities. Once fully trained this hourly rate will increase. 

Overtime available at x1.5 after 37.5 hours during the week and Saturday.

X 2 for Sunday and bank holidays.

Hours / Rotating Shift pattern:

*Early Finish on Friday*

Week 1 
Mon - Thurs 06:00-14:00 Fri 06:00-11:00 

Week 2 
Mon - Thurs 14:00 - 22:00 Fri 11:00-16:00 

Main purpose of the job: 

- Manufacture of materials for supply to global customers.
- Ability to set up and operate specific machinery within the extruder area in a safe and effective manner. 
- To achieve the tasks set within the agreed time and effectively communicating progress to others. 
- Accurate recording of daily activity and material usage.
