Job Description Job Description Position Summary: 1st Shift M-F 6AM-2:30PM The Machine Operator is responsible for operating wire drawing equipment to reduce the cross-section of wire by pulling it through one or more drawing dies, ensuring the final product meets customer specifications. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Operate wire drawing equipment, including bull block, 8-strand, and 10-strand machines. Draw round and shaped wire in various alloys to meet product specifications. Operate batch and strand annealing furnaces as required. Follow documented procedures and process routers for different alloy types. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work area. Support a strong safety culture by following all safety rules, including reporting incidents and near misses. Perform additional duties as assigned or required by supervision.
