**Job Title: Bakery Operator** **Job Description**
The Bakery Operator is responsible for operating various pieces of equipment in production and packaging. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate a team of Bakery associates to support the production line. You will be trained by a subject matter expert to proficiently run specific equipment and ensure all specifications are followed according to our specification sheets. Your role includes managing proper weights, settings, packaging, quality, speeds, labels, ingredients, and alerting management if any issues compromise product quality. Safety is paramount, and you will not operate equipment deemed unsafe.
