Machine Operator

The Opportunity:
Knowledgeable in setup and operate machine (flexo folder gluer, rotary die cutter). Operator is responsible in productivity, quality and waste. Communicate effectively and in a professional manner verbally and in writing. Strong motivated, good judgment, sense of urgency and team oriented. A team leader for crew in training processes. Follow all processes and procedures in place-along with safety rules and regulations.

* How to set up, operate and monitor machine
* Mount printing and cutting dies to cylinder/shaft
* Mix and adjust ink viscosity
* Responsible for machine output, quality and waste
* Performing quality checks for each order
* Verification of material based on customer requirements prior to running
