Skills, Abilities and Mastery (Responsibility Matrix): • Knowledge of reading prints/designs/work instructions • Ability to do calibrations • Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product. • Assure product meets all quality standards. • Test and inspect products per procedure. • Keep area and equipment clean and organized. • Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc. • Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
