Job Description Job Description Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Streetsboro to fill a position as a Cold Heading & Tapping Machine Operators. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines, to produce high-quality fasteners and precision components. This job requires technical expertise in cold heading processes, machine setup, and rigorous quality control measures. This is a 2nd shift position and must be able to train on dayshift and the starting pay will be based on experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cold heading machine operator in a manufacturing environment. Forklift certification is a preferred. Proficiency in setting up and operating various types of cold heading machines, including single-die, multi-die, and progressive header machines.
