**Job Summary:**
As an Extrusion Technician / Machine Operator: you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You’ll also assist with raw material management, documentation, packaging, and serve as a mentor to team members.
+ Conduct product inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, laser micrometers, and vision systems
+ Complete all required production documentation accurately and on time
+ Ensure quality and efficiency targets are consistently met
+ Handle raw material monitoring, mixing, blending, and usage tracking
+ Package finished goods and maintain a clean, organized work area
