Job Description

Join our team as a Mix and Blend Operator where you will play a crucial role in our production process. This position requires a flexible schedule with back half days every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6:30pm, and front half nights every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6pm to 6:30am.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and maintain filling machines to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform and record quality checks to guarantee shelf-life integrity and package quality.
• Conduct nominal maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform and document Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures and in-process sanitation as needed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality protocols at all times.
• Follow all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.
