Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to monitor equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery according to standard operating procedures
Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials, and adjusting settings
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on machines
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
