**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our expanding team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will be responsible for operating machinery that processes large spools of wire, primarily steel, by trimming and coating them to meet customer specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate digital-controlled respooling and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products that meet customer expectations and production goals.
+ Load raw material, feed wire correctly through the machine, and remove finished products.
+ Change machinery over from one product or package to another, and perform quality welds using the appropriate butt welder.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment as assigned.
+ Maintain accurate production and quality records and understand product quality, delivery, and scrap measurements.
