Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $28–$30/hour $1–$2 shift premium
Hours: 3:00PM–11:00PM | Monday–Saturday

We're seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead our production team during the afternoon shift. This role is ideal for an experienced machine operator ready to move into a leadership position while still supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support machine operators; assign tasks and ensure production goals are met
  • Train new team members on setup, tooling, safety, and quality standards
  • Oversee machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
  • Ensure high-quality production through regular QC checks
  • Coordinate movement of finished parts to QC and maintain a clean, safe workspace
