Machine Setter

Responsibilities

• Basic machine maintenance and daily update machine checklist
• Setting up the machine follow the production plan schedules
• Complete the FA or test run for new product
• Updating the DFM if have any requirement for improvement either in tooling or eng. Spec
• Report the Daily Time Ticket for data entry
• Comply to safety & 5S procedure
• Fine tune the header machine if necessary
• Conduct part quality inspection and record the quality record sheet as requested
