Job Description Job Description Description: Company Vision: To be an industry expert for supplying precision machined components and assemblies to OEMs in the U.S.A. Primary Job Duties: Coordinating purchase of required tooling and work holding. Designing special tooling as required. Troubleshooting and coordination with engineers and operators for processing problems. Coordinating with maintenance manager for machine problems. Use CAD/CAM/Manual programming to create CNC programming. Assist in introducing new parts. Assist in quoting new business. Transfers and/or downloads programs to CNC machine control. Follow layout to properly arrange and set cutting tools to be used. Install work holding devices, part ejectors and other necessary accessories as specified. Instructs operators or other workers in machine setup and operation. May set up machines for other workers. Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards. Communicate work status.
