OnsiteCollins Aerospace is looking to hire Machine Shop Technician - Large Lathe; reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor on the weekend night shift, as the Machine Shop Technician – Large Lathe, you will be working with large complex AHT parts to produce aircraft parts to drawing while operating machines in the cell.
Work Location: Oakville Facility, Ontario – Canada
Shift Hours – Weekend Nights – Friday - Sunday (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)
What You Will Do
Perform own manual set-ups by positioning and aligning tooling per set-up instructions using CNC programming language (G codes).
Maintain tolerances by observing operation and making necessary machine offset adjustments, cutter changes and self-inspection (OSV-Operator Self Verification).<...
