Responsibilities and Duties

• Carry out production functions of the primary pharmaceutical packaging machines.
• Perform essential machine operational duties such as cleaning, troubleshooting, minor calibration and minimize machine stoppages.
• Perform verification on the equipment and the quality of the packaging material run by the machines.
• Manage the machine equipment and tools to achieve the production and quality targets.
• Fill in all logbooks properly and record the storage movement of intermediate products and all inventories accurately.
• Practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all areas within factory, especially area of production to ensure high quality products are shipped to customers.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Always responsible in self-discipline, self-hygienic and proper gowning of jumpsuit.
• Be aware and follow established safety rules and regulations.
