Machine Technician - 1st Shift

General Description(Summary description of the primary duties and objectives of the position.)

Sets up and operates one or more technical machines to produce precision parts/ products. Partners well with operators, Zone Leaders Operations Managers, programmers, Manufacturing Engineers and others to help complete production schedules & drive improvement. Completes tool changes and maintain CNC tool lists as needed.

Calibrates multiple machines, performs tool testing and qualification, and troubleshoots complex machine & program issues. Assists maintenance with machine repair. Assists OEM factory service techs with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Works with part prints, tolerances, and use precision tools for measurement. Completes crash reports and follows processes precisely.
