Machine Technician

Overview

Maintain, diagnose, and repair specialised brake pad production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on specialised machineries.
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues specific to friction presses, ovens, friction powder mixer, testing equipment and dynamometers.
• Train junior technicians in equipment troubleshooting.

Specialized Expertise Required

• 10+ years hands‑on experience repairing brake production machinery.
• Familiarity with proprietary PLC systems used in Chinese machines.
• Expertise in minimizing downtime in high‑volume factories.
• Able to speak and understand Mandarin to communicate with Chinese technicians and understand manuals written in Mandarin.
