The Machine Tooling Supervisor will be responsible for managing small work teams in a fast paced, high volume, unionized, manufacturing environment. This role focuses on supporting production by resolving processing constraints through effective problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and tool optimization. The selected candidate will develop and maintain tooling standards, manage changes and sourcing for new and existing tools, coordinate preventative maintenance, and control tooling costs through evaluations to ensure the best value.
