Role and Responsibilities:
Manage resources within the technical team to meet both internal and external NPI milestones in accordance with the company’s financial objectives.
Design and maintain efficient machining processes that meet customer requirements and quality standards.Support project planning by reviewing manufacturability, estimating costs, and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle.Lead troubleshooting efforts for machining issues and support Operations and Quality teams with technical guidance.Recommend and help design tooling, fixtures, and equipment to improve part production.Identify and implement process improvements using LEAN principles.Maintain accurate documentation for engineering changes and machining procedures.Collaborate with CNC Programming to ensure programs are ready and verified before production starts.Assist with integr...
