Machinist

Overview

The Machinist is responsible for producing machined parts by operating various machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machine setup and conversion of work orders to ensure smooth production flow.
• Operate rolling and grinding machines, including handling part loading and unloading, while meeting daily production targets.
• Perform machine adjustments when required to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality compliance in line with SPC (Statistical Process Control) standards.
• Conduct daily and monthly preventive maintenance on assigned machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Support other production areas when necessary to achieve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• SPM, High School Diploma, SKM certificates in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
