Job Description

  • Proficient and technically able to perform the following tasks:

  • Turning, boring, cylindrical grinding and surface grinding

  • Set-up and operate conventional lathe, milling and grinding machines
  • Use different types of measuring equipment to perform in-process inspection
  • Check wheel balancing
  • Interpretation of technical drawing
  • Carry out good quality grinding work within job schedule
  • Preferably with grinding and machining experience in Aerospace component MRO environment
  • Willingness to cross-train to operate conventional or CNC machines
  • Good working attitude and display a keen interest to learn and excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attentive to details and ability to understand Component Maintenance Manuals
  • Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping at all times
  • Able to perform shiftwork (Morning and Afternoon on rotational basis), if necessary
