Overview

My client works within the engineering manufacturing sector and is looking to take on a CNC Machinist on a permanent basis in the Stoke area.

Attributes

  • Time served Engineer (NVQ/Apprenticeship/City & Guilds qualification ideally)
  • Ideally 2 years' experience or more in a similar engineering manufacturing/machine shop environment
  • Experience of working with CNC, milling, turning or manual grinding
  • Experience of working with Fusion360 programming or 5‑axis machining would be desirable
  • Be able to work with MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Have the ability to read/interpret engineering drawings
  • Have the ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
