MagicMinds-Senior Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Expert  to lead our technical strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, LCNC platforms, application development, and deep expertise in Python, OpenAI technologies, AWS, and containerization with Docker.
Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:  Lead the technology strategy, guide the engineering team, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Solution Architecture:  Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable, and efficient architectures, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• LCNC Platforms:  Spearhead the development and integration of Low-Code/No-Code solutions to drive efficiency and rapid prototyping.
• Application Development:  Oversee the development and deployment of custom applications, primarily using Python and other modern technologies.
• AI & ML Integration:  Lead the development of AI-driven solutions using OpenAI and other advanced machine learning frameworks.
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):  Architect and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Database Design:  Oversee the design and management of databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• DevOps Practices:  Implement modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and automation.
• Team Mentorship:  Mentor and grow the technical team, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience  in technology leadership roles, including solution architecture and application development.
• Expertise in Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms , with a track record of building and deploying LCNC applications.
• Proficiency in Python  and modern frameworks, with hands-on experience in application development.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML , specifically OpenAI frameworks and API integration.
• Experience with Docker  and containerization technologies; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Advanced skills in AWS Cloud architecture , including experience with core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud-native design principles.
• Proficiency in database design and management  (SQL, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices  (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, infrastructure automation).
• Strong problem-solving skills , with a passion for innovation and driving technical excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working with AI-powered applications and chatbots.
• Familiarity with mobile application architecture and deployment.
