About the role

As a Mail and Parcel Officer in our Customer Operations Liaison Team (COLT) you'll work closely with the COLT Coordinator across mail and parcel processing centres to assist in the acceptance, checking, and processing of customer lodgements. Your focus will be on lodgement compliance, and providing frontline support to our operational teams.

This role combines operational mail and parcel handling and quality assurance work - a dynamic position for someone who likes variety and meaningful impact.
