Job Description
• DB2 expert on various platforms, experienced in designing high-performance OLTP model
• DB2 system, database and application Performance, and Tuning expert.
• Expert in SQL writing, SQL tuning, and SQL walkthrough. SPUFI, REXX, QMF.
• Extensive experience in logical and physical database designs.
• Performance tuning using CA Detector, RMF, SMF, and Omegamon.
• DB2/zOS v8, v9, v10.
• DB2 Performance & Tuning- Standardized SMF/MXG SAS analysis and BMC-Mon reporting
• Support of online application form Cobol to Java.
• Use of QMF, OSC, SPUFI, and MS tools for DML activities.
• CDC administrational functions in IIDR in support of ODS.
• DBA with DB2 zOS V8, V9, V10, V11.
