Fulltime - Onsite (Hybrid)

Communication in English (Advanced/Professional) B2/C1

Must have skills

3–5+ years of experience developing in COBOL on z/OS.

Solid experience writing and debugging JCL (PROCs, Conditionals, Restart/Recovery).

Proficiency in DB2: creating and consuming stored procedures, SQL tuning, and using EXPLAIN.

Hands-on experience with Hogan (e.g., CIS, BBD, IDS, Loans, Deposits, Cards) and batch/online workflows.

Ability to perform technical/functional analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.

Knowledge of banking environments: reconciliations, nightly batch processing, accounting close, and critical SLAs.
