**CTG is seeking to fill a Mainframe Lead Developer position for our client.**
**Location:** Raleigh, NC (Hybrid Remote)
**Duration:** 12 months, with possibility for extension
**Duties:**
+ **Change Coordination & Oversight (25%)** : Plan, review, and lead execution of complex upgrades and configuration changes across supported platforms.
+ **Subject Matter Expertise (20%)** : Serve as the SME for one or more subsystems and advise stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies.
+ **Mentoring & Team Enablement (15%)** : Mentor junior and mid-level programmers, providing guidance on task execution and incident response.
+ **Incident Management & Recovery (15%)** : Lead resolution of high-priority incidents and deliver post-mortem documentation as requested.
