Mainframe - Production Support (Control M)

Exp : 3- 7 yrs

Job Description:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor , TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities.
• Analyze intricate mainframe programs, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
• Production Support: Maintain systems in the mainframe environment.
• Handle production incidents promptly and effectively.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product owners to align with the product roadmap.
• Facilitate agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Metrics and Transparency: Maintain performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) for transparency.
• Coordinate efforts across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Root Cause Analysis: investigate incidents thoroughly, providing root cause analysis.
• Initiate performance improvements based on batch cycle trends.
