Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- 2 to 7 years of experience in Expertise in Mainframe, Cobol, DB2, JCL
- Responsibilities include incident & problem management, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex production application defects
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementing permanent solutions.
- Hands-on Level 2 application support experience in .Net
- Experience in scheduling tools
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
- Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain will be an added advantage
